1.) Tell Us Your Story!
Noble Catering & Events is a woman-owned, Milwaukee-based catering and event company dedicated to creating bold, elevated experiences that bring people together through food, hospitality, and intentional design.
Founded in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Noble emerged from a desire to support the struggling events and hospitality industry while fostering collaboration, creativity, and community impact. Fully woman-owned and independently operated since 2023, we’re best known for our chef-driven menus, highly customized service, and exclusive venue partnerships that allow us to curate unforgettable moments across the city.
What you may not know about Noble: we actively reinvest in our community through local partnerships, mentorship programs, and initiatives that uplift women- and minority-owned businesses in the culinary and events space.
2.) How do you impact your community?
We are proud to support local organizations through donations, in-kind services, and collaborative events that make a meaningful impact.
Our long-standing partnership with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society began with their Visionary of the Year campaign and continues today through our participation in the Executive Challenge for Light the Night. By rallying our network and resources, we help raise critical funds for cancer research and patient support.
Beyond philanthropy, our team is actively engaged in several local Chambers of Commerce and professional organizations such as TEMPO Milwaukee and NACE Milwaukee. Through these affiliations, we contribute our time, leadership, and creativity to strengthen the events industry and empower fellow small businesses.
To us, these connections go far beyond professional partnerships, they are relationships rooted in our deep commitment to building a more connected, inclusive, and vibrant Milwaukee.
3.) How have you had to adapt to change? What are some ways in which your business has had to adapt and pivot, and how has that led to success?
Born out of necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic, Noble Catering & Events was created to combat the devastating impact on Milwaukee’s events industry. With city-wide shutdowns and varying safety regulations, Noble became a solution to keep an existing venue relevant while continuing to serve clients by bringing their culinary experiences directly to them.
As private events and public gatherings returned, Noble had already established its own brand and reputation. We’ve since grown into a trusted catering partner—featured on 10+ preferred caterer lists across prominent Milwaukee-area venues and collaborating with some of the region’s leading corporations.
In April 2023, Noble became the exclusive caterer for the Milwaukee Public Museum. We now proudly serve all events at the museum and are a preferred caterer at over 30 venues across Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.
4.) Why is it important to your organization to support Summerfest through the Summerfest Business Alliance and what are some of the unique ways in which you distribute/use your Summerfest tickets?
Supporting Summerfest through the Summerfest Business Alliance is a natural fit for Noble Catering & Events. As a locally owned business deeply rooted in the Milwaukee community, we believe in celebrating what makes our city so vibrant.
Partnering with Summerfest allows us to champion local economic growth while connecting with others who share our passion for Milwaukee. It also gives us a meaningful way to express appreciation. We love sharing Summerfest tickets with our clients and team members as a heartfelt thank-you and a way to keep the spirit of connection going strong.
5.) When was the first time you attended Summerfest? Do you have a favorite Summerfest memory?
I attended Summerfest for the first time during the summer of 2023. My favorite summerfest memory was the SBA event at Johnsonville. I couldn't find the parking lot, so Alan came and picked me up on the golf cart so that I didn't miss out on the fun!
