1.) Tell Us Your Story!

Accord Manufacturing was founded in 1998 in Jackson, WI. Heading into our 37 year of business Accord is positioned as a single source for world class metal stampings, weldments, and fabrications. What started as a small family business has grown into a corporate partnership, allowing for vast resources to support our diverse customer base. Through our core values of Accountability, Collaboration, Commitment, Optimism, Respect and Dependability we inspire our team members to consistently exceed expectations. At Accord, we are in business to manufacture long-lasting relationships within the community, with our team members, and with our valued customers. Would you like to tour our 108,000 square foot facility to see how Accord could support your needs? Reach out today- we can't wait to manufacture a relationship with YOU!

2.) What does the future hold for your organization?

Accord continues to diversify our customer base, manufacturing relationships with both domestic and international customers. Though we started as a metal stamping/tool and die shop, we have now evolved into a single source for not only stampings, but weldments and fabrications as well. While we stay true to our roots, we continue to be excited to embrace new technology and automation.

3.) How do you impact your community?

In alignment with our core values, Accord is committed to giving back to our community. We support a variety of causes locally, including supporting tuition assistance fundraising efforts for high schools and colleges, as there is no greater investment than today's youth. We sponsor several sports teams and athletic booster programs that benefit the youth in our community. We love seeing the Accord logo on a jersey or banner at our community parks- giving back is a direct reflection of belief in the grassroots nature of manufacturing.

4.) How have you had to adapt to change?

Adaptability is one of our core values- it is what sets Accord apart in so many ways. Our team members are used to changing schedules, adjusting due dates, and doing whatever it takes to get our customer quality parts on time. Strategic planning and a vetted network of suppliers has helped us work through market challenges, material shortages, and tariffs. Accord's business model is built on adaptability- when the customer's needs come before anything else, everyone comes to work with a flexible mindset, knowing we will adapt to whatever is required of us to get the job done!

5.) Why is it important to your organization to support Summerfest through the Summerfest Business Alliance and what are some of the unique ways in which you distribute/use your Summerfest tickets?

Employee retention is at the heart of Accord's strong foundation. By partnering with the Summerfest SBA we're able to offer employees the opportunity to enjoy a Milwaukee summer staple- Summerfest! Gifting employees a day with their family to enjoy the lakefront and all that Summerfest has to offer is just one way we can thank them for all their hard work. We use some of the passes and special ticket opportunities to reward our employee Core Value Winners, as well as entertain our valued customers.

6.) Which artist would you love to see on a Summerfest stage?

I would love to welcome back Zack Brown Band- their fun, tropical vibe is the epitome of Summerfest. Let's also get Noah Kahan back on the main stage this time. I'd also love to see Old Dominion or Pitbull.

7.) What else would you like to share about your experience with Summerfest and the Summerfest Business Alliance?

We're really excited to partner with Summerfest and the SBA. Summerfest is a jewel of a Milwaukee Summer and as a business in the community, it offers a unique opportunity to partner our valued team members and customers with the best Milwaukee has to offer. Everyone wins!
