We are proud to support organizations like Habitat for Humanity, because we believe homeownership transforms lives by providing stability and opportunity for families. Additionally, we are actively involved with the Peace Learning Center of Milwaukee, which equips young people with essential conflict resolution skills, helping to create a safer and more peaceful community. Our team also participates in local fundraising events and initiatives, including supporting youth sports and foundations like the Star Legacy Foundation, St. Monica Booster Club, and the Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation through the AmFam Cup.

To meet this need, we’ve streamlined our processes with online policy management, digital claims support, and virtual consultations—making it easier for clients to access the coverage they need, when they need it. Additionally, evolving insurance requirements, such as interior surveys for high-value homes, have challenged us to find proactive solutions that balance compliance with client convenience.
Through each challenge, we’ve remained committed to a customer-first approach, ensuring that every change leads to a better, more seamless experience. This adaptability has positioned us as a trusted, forward-thinking agency ready for whatever the future holds.

6.) When was the first time you attended Summerfest? Do you have a favorite Summerfest memory?
My favorite Summerfest memory is seeing Zac Brown Band with my family. They’ve always been a favorite of ours, and experiencing their live performance together made it even more special.
