1.) Tell Us Your Story!

Large Format Digital Printing for the event and POP industries is what we do today. Mandel Company is a fourth-generation business that has successfully navigated a progressive course since its inception in 1892 (yep, 133 years). Today, we are a unique company with our focus clearly forward. We possess the valuable traditions of the past and recognize the importance of embracing the future. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions that make our clients better at what they do. If they succeed, we succeed. Our mantra is "No Problem".

The Mandel story continues…

2.) What does the future hold for your organization?

As we say, when our clients succeed, we succeed. Our key is finding niche markets in graphics, and those niche segments tend to fill a need. Our newest introduction into the graphics market is a web portal to order custom graphics from a template created by the brand marketer.

3.) How have you had to adapt to change?

The printing industry had huge changes in the manufacturing process in the mid 90's, and continues. Apple was a company that made it easier to do business, though very disruptive. Our clients and new competitors could do what we do at a fraction of the capital investment. Analog methods became direct-to-print solutions. Over 133 years, the changes have accelerated, and is our charge to use these technological advances to better serve our clients for today, and Mandel's fifth generation.

4.) Why is it important to your organization to support Summerfest through the Summerfest Business Alliance and what are some of the unique ways in which you distribute/use your Summerfest tickets?

The SBA is made up of businesses like Mandel. We work hard and serve the event industry. I enjoy networking with businesses and supporting an iconic organization like Summerfest.

5.) Do you have a favorite Summerfest memory?

Oh boy, dating myself. Doing a quick search, it was July 22, 1971. Can't believe my parents let me go.

6.) Which artist would you love to see on a Summerfest stage?

George Carlin

7.) What else would you like to share about your experience with Summerfest and the Summerfest Business Alliance?

Much hope for a great 2025. I do like the new set up of 3 weekends.
