1.) Tell Us Your Story!

We started Redbird because we found that Managed Service Providers were missing the mark in support and basic security. We intentionally built our foundation around security and apply our approach to service along the way, which allows us to have clients be more secure than peers, and keep satisfaction to unparallelled levels on our help desk.

2.) What does the future hold for your organization?

We will continue to set the bar and help educate our peers on how to best secure systems for their clients. We continue to keep a steady growth pace in order to focus on our existing clients and maintain our security posture.

3.) How do you impact your community?

The way we treat our employees would reflect the measure of our impact to the communities we serve. Our people are just that, our people. It starts with this family and extends to clients who become family along the way. We are members of local Chamber of Commerce groups, and I sit on the board of the Falls Area Food Pantry. We are members of the Professional Insurance Agents and Independent Insurance Agents in Wisconsin to continue to keep their membership secured, as well as many other such groups (and try to educate on the cyber security side of things as much as we can) to keep our people out of harms way.

4.) How have you had to adapt to change?

Oh, we have to adapt regularly. New things come out all the time to try to get between our security and our client's data and systems, we built a culture of learning and growth to stay on top of all of this, so we've been able to stay ahead of problems that have decimated livelihoods.

5.) Why is it important to your organization to support Summerfest through the Summerfest Business Alliance and what are some of the unique ways in which you distribute/use your Summerfest tickets?

Summerfest is a break from the grind. It's a great event to showcase our city and community. We like to give our tickets out to our chamber(s), the pantry and clients and friends. I love the VIP treatment too!

6.) Do you have a favorite Summerfest memory?

Probably back in '78/'79, we mostly just rode rides (that's all I knew Summerfest was about when I was a kid)

7.) Which artist would you love to see on a Summerfest stage?

Maoli, I heard him in Hawaii last year, and it'd be a cool add to a stage here.

8.) What else would you like to share about your experience with Summerfest and the Summerfest Business Alliance?

I think the program you've developed and continue to update has been awesome, and we look forward to continuing our partnership.
