Horizon Law Firm founded in 2000 by former math teacher, Michelle B. Fitzgerald. Divorce, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy are the main areas. Our tagline is: Educate, Collaborate, Mediate or Litigate (sm).

2.) What does the future hold for your organization?
We continue to cater towards client needs and trends in the legal profession, including the use of technology to make things easier and consults to explain to clients how the legal process and procedures work, beyond forms that are available.
3.) How do you impact your community?
Several of our attorneys volunteer time at legal clinics and serve on boards of local charities. It's important to provide access to low income individuals and charitable organizations that otherwise could not afford to have assistance. That strengthens our community as a whole and encourages others to give back as well.
4.) How have you had to adapt to change?
The wide us of forms in family law has changed our business a lot, however, the court system remains insurmountable for the average citizen when facing disputes, even in family court. Attorneys remain important, but we can team up with counselors and other resources for the client to assist them more effectively. Clients can also assist with some forms now given the availability.
5.) Why is it important to your organization to support Summerfest through the Summerfest Business Alliance and what are some of the unique ways in which you distribute/use your Summerfest tickets?
Summerfest is a staple in our community and something people have heard about beyond our local community. It's important to show support for this event, and provide customers and staff with the joy of attending Summerfest and spreading the goodwill in our community.
6.) Do you have a favorite Summerfest memory?
I enjoyed the 1990s when country music was first becoming widely popular, and also the grounds being more like a park setting, although the upgrades today are nice too!
7.) Which artist would you love to see on a Summerfest stage?
Your team does a great job with the music selections!
