1.) Tell Us Your Story!
At Confluence Graphics, our mission is to empower businesses, organizations, and our community by delivering high-quality, custom printing solutions and graphic design with a personal touch. Since taking over this longstanding Milwaukee print shop during the pandemic in September 2020 (continuing a legacy of over 30 years) we've grown sales by almost 65% and doubled our staff, thanks to a focus on quality, reliability, and strong client relationships. With over 50 years of combined print expertise, we make printing easy, fun, and impactful. Known for our creativity and dedication to supporting local businesses, we’re more than just a print shop - we’re a team committed to fostering genuine connections that make a meaningful impact. (Some might even say we’re forming our own motorcycle gang, as almost half our team rides!).
2.) Tell us about your organization’s accomplishments and what you’re most proud of as an employer in Wisconsin
We’re proud members of several chambers, each reflecting our commitment to community and business connections:
- Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce – This was the first chamber Confluence Graphics joined under new ownership, and we’ve been active members, regularly attending events and supporting local initiatives. We’re honored to have been named the Allied Business of the Year for 2024, a recognition that means so much to us.
- Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce (WVCC) – As the previous owner was a veteran, Confluence Graphics has a longstanding history with WVCC. We’re committed to supporting veterans and veteran-owned businesses and are active members of this community. Brad serves as a Chamber Ambassador, and we proudly serve as WVCC’s preferred print provider.
- North Shore Chamber of Commerce – Our involvement with the North Shore Chamber runs deep, with both Courtney and Brad holding committee positions and staying engaged in community initiatives. Confluence Graphics was recently awarded the 2024 Community Connector Award, a reflection of our passion for connecting our clients with others to help elevate their businesses.
- Governor’s Marketplace Nomination – We’re thrilled to be nominated for Outstanding Business of the Year at the Governor’s Marketplace event this December. Fingers crossed for a win! ????About | Marketplace Wisconsin
3.) Why is it important to your organization to support Summerfest through the Summerfest Business Alliance and what are some of the unique ways in which you distribute/use your Summerfest tickets?
Supporting Summerfest is important to us because it’s such a Milwaukee icon, known for bringing incredible entertainment and energy to the city. At Confluence Graphics, we’re all avid music lovers, from hard rock to hip hop and everything in between - whether it’s Atmosphere, Alice in Chains, Doja Cat, Johnny Cash, Young Gravy, Tesla, or Wu-Tang, you never know what might be playing when you walk in!
We purchased tickets to celebrate our clients and provide them with a memorable experience instead of something that might clutter their desk or get thrown away. It’s a meaningful way for us to give back to our community and we look forward to enjoying time with our team at an event we all love.
4.) What else would you like to share about your experience with Summerfest and the Summerfest Business Alliance?
We’re excited to be part of the Summerfest Business Alliance and look forward to connecting with fellow members. With music being a shared passion across our team, we’re thrilled for the events to come!
