2.) What does the future hold for your organization?
Enerpac Tool Group just announced that we will be moving our company headquarters from Menomonee Falls to downtown Milwaukee in late 2024/early 2025. From there we look to continue to grow our company as one of the world’s most prominent industrial tools and solutions provider. Future success is ensured through an engaged and hard-working employee base that believes in our mission.
3.) How Do You Impact Your Community?
We support our Menomonee Falls and Milwaukee-area community through our Enerpac Lifts Up community outreach and giving program. Through this program, which exists at a local level at all our facilities, a local steering team decides on an annual basis which organizations to support through gifts and volunteer service. In recent years we have supported local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Ronald McDonald House, and Hunger Task Force. Giving back to our local communities is important to Enerpac Tool Group as it provides another sense of purpose to the work our employees perform and a collective effort in making the places where we live and work better.
4.) Why is it important to your organization to Support Summerfest?
Our company has been headquartered around the Milwaukee area for decades and we believe in supporting many of the things that make Milwaukee a special place to live and work. We highly value engaged employees and want to show appreciation for them. One way is by providing tickets to employees as a reward. We also do fun giveaways that create employee excitement.
