About Us

PLM is a leading asphalt paving and concrete contractor serving Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and surrounding areas. Based in Pewaukee and rooted in the community since the 1960s, PLM provides maintenance, repair, and installation services across Southeast Wisconsin. We manage asphalt and concrete projects of all sizes, with a focus on commercial and industrial lots. Our work includes schools, healthcare facilities, golf courses, resorts, municipal properties, shopping centers, religious institutions, nonprofit buildings, and condo or townhome communities. All work is handled in-house, from planning to final touches. Services include milling, paving, resurfacing, concrete curbs, sealcoating, striping, and snow plowing. We also take on specialty projects like athletic court repair, resurfacing, and color-coating, along with ADA-compliant upgrades, drainage solutions, and utility trench repairs.
