Intimate Private Event Venues
There are 10 additional private event venues that can be rented May 1 – October 31. These venues can be combined with additional spaces and stages to accommodate larger event footprints.
American Family Insurance Amphitheater Founder's Club
American Family Insurance Amphitheater Founder’s Club- The Founder’s Club opened in May of 2021. This spacious hospitality deck offers beautiful views of Lake Michigan, downtown Milwaukee and the Summerfest grounds. The space includes permanent bars and private restrooms, as well as a standard seating layout with tables, chairs, and high-top tables, but can be modified for the needs of reception for up to 250 guests.
American Family Insurance Amphitheater Stage Floor
Designed and remodeled in 2020, this venue has a flexible seating stage floor that can be easily adjusted to your event footprint. Your group will feel like the star of the show as your view looks directly into the seating bowl. The stage floor can be made to accommodate to fit up to 1,000 guests.
Johnson Controls Pavilion
Conveniently located in the middle of the grounds, the Johnson Controls Pavilion contains a stage house featuring dressing rooms and two private restrooms. The Pavilion contains two permanent bars and can accommodate up to 3,200 guests for a stage performance. This venue provides 100% weather shelter.
BMO Harris Pavilion Club Bar
Located within the pavilion itself, this covered seating area offers a beautiful lakeside setting. With great views of downtown Milwaukee and Lake Michigan, the BMO Harris Pavilion Club Bar has a permanent fixture bar that only you and your guests will be able to access, as well as private restrooms. Space can accommodate up to 300 people, with the flexibility to adjust your seating layout.
Briggs & Stratton Stage VIP Deck
This party deck will give your group an exclusive area in a shaded, elevated setting. This space features access to private bar and bathrooms along with perfect views of the Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard Stage and Henry Maier Festival Park.
Klements Stage and Structure
An open-air stage footprint located on the North End of Henry Maier Festival Park, the Klements Sausage and Beer Garden features a stage and a permanent bar. This venue is a great option for any “backyard” or picnic-style event, given its relaxing lounge area and picnic tables.
Miller Lite Brew House
This multi-use area is popular in accommodating seating and interactive activities. can accommodate seating and interactive activities. The Brew House contains a permanent bar and can accommodate up to 350 guests. There is a permanent restroom building directly adjacent to the Brew House to accommodate all the guests for your event.
Miller Lite Level Up Deck
This updated, shaded hospitality deck is located within the Miller Lite Oasis Stage footprint and offers a perfect view of the Miller Lite Oasis Stage in an elevated space. A private bar and restrooms are included in this deck, as well as elevator access. Seating is preferred to be 90 with another 100 standing. Max Capacity is 200 persons.
A 17,000 sq ft. permanent roofed pavilion with curtained sides, the South Pavilion offers multi-purpose flex space that can be used for anything from dining to exhibits to live performances. Offering 100% weather protection, this venue can accommodate up to 1,000 guests.

American Family Insurance Amphitheater
For more than 30 years, the Amphitheater has been synonymous with music’s biggest acts, drawing fans from across the country to one of the most unique settings available in the world. Set on the shores of Lake Michigan with incredible views of the Milwaukee skyline, the American Family Insurance Amphitheater provides an unparalleled live music experience.
BMO Harris Pavilion Stage
Located within the pavilion itself, this covered seating area offers a beautiful lakeside setting. With great views of downtown Milwaukee and Lake Michigan, the BMO Harris Pavilion Club Bar has a permanent fixture bar that only you and your guests will be able to access, as well as private restrooms.
Miller Lite Oasis Stage
Renovated with a completely redesigned stage facade, Miller Lite Brew House side stage bar, video screen upgrades new bar areas, expanded hospitality areas, and a reconfigured marketplace area.
Generac Power Stage
The area features a permanent stage house, hospitality decks, four (4) permanent restaurant buildings, and a wayside seating area along the lake.
Briggs and Stratton Big Backyard Stage
The area features a permanent stage house, hospitality deck, three (3) permanent restaurant buildings, an adjacent public restroom, and is in close proximity to the South Admission Gate
UScellular™ Connection Stage
Located on the north end of the grounds, the UScellular™ Connection Stage provides a view of Lake Michigan; a 25-foot LED screen – the largest screen on the grounds; benches with charging amenities along the lakefront; a new bar area; and improved walkway.
Uline Warehouse Stage
A reimagined stage and seating area with an expanded footprint to accommodate larger crowds. Located on the north end of the Henry Maier Festival Park grounds.
Johnson Controls World Sound Stage
A mixed-use, permanent roofed pavilion with open sides, the JCI Pavilion features a stage house featuring three (3) dressing rooms, office, and two private restrooms. There is no permanent stage, making this space great for private parties.
South Pavilion Stage
A mixed-use, permanent roofed pavilion with open sides, the South Pavilion features a stagehouse featuring three (3) dressing rooms, office and two private restrooms. There is no permanent stage, but one can easily be put in if desired.
