Questions about parking and admittance are handled through the Production Office at 414-287-4400. Taofiki Alabi (“T”) handles all parking and entrance passes for performers and is available at email@example.com.
It’s a tax that the state of Wisconsin imposes on entertainers who do not live in Wisconsin. Acts based in another state or country earning over $3,200 for a performance will be taxed 6% of their fee, unless arrangements are made the Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue ahead of time. If this applies to your band, we will automatically deduct the appropriate amount and give you a receipt (WT-11). You will have to file taxes with the state of Wisconsin to receive a portion of the tax amount back. This does not apply to entertainers residing in Wisconsin. For more info:

Please sign the contract and rider and complete the W-9 with correct tax information for your band or the representative who uses his or her social security number for the band. Make a copy for your records and, if possible, scan and send them to the Summerfest representative who contacted you. If you cannot scan and email your paperwork, mail all required doecuments to:

By law, 30% of your fee will be deducted for the IRS. This percentage can be significantly reduced by applying and entering into a Central Withholding Agreement (CWA) with the IRS. You can find instructions and an application for both a SSN and a CWA on the IRS website, www.irs.gov.
While we encourage friends and family to visit Summerfest during your performance, we do not issue complimentary tickets. You will receive two (2) parking passes to get your band, crew and gear into our Entertainer Lot (Lot E).
If you absolutely need an extra pass please contact the Production Office at 414-287-4400. Taofiki Alabi ( “T”) handles all parking and entrance passes for performers and is available at firstname.lastname@example.org. From Lot E, Summerfest staff will escort your band, crew and gear to the stage.
