June 9-11

PrideFest returns to Milwaukee's beautiful lakefront June 9, 10 and 11!  With nine stages of live entertainment from noon until midnight, PrideFest offers something for every visitor throughout the three-day weekend. Since 1996, PrideFest Milwaukee has been hosted by Henry W. Maier Festival Park, making it the only LGBT+ pride festival in the world with permanent festival grounds. 

June 10 - 7:00 am

"Take it to the Bridge!" with thousands of runners at the seventh annual Summerfest Rock 'n Sole Run presented by BMO Harris Bank.  Participants will enjoy breathtaking views of the downtown Milwaukee skyline, Lake Michigan and Henry Maier Festival Park as they race over the Daniel Hoan Memorial Bridge, a Milwaukee landmark and throughout the course.

June 16-18

Polish Fest highlights Polish and Polish-American entertainment on five stages, Folk Art, Polish artists, demonstrations and a marketplace in a Cultural Village and offers authentic Polish fare. The festival also features a Children’s Area, Miss Polish Fest Pageant, Chopin Youth Piano Competition and Polish Mass.

June 28 - July 2 / July 4 - July 9

Following its 1968 debut, Summerfest presented by American Family Insurance has evolved into what is now recognized as “The World’s Largest Music Festival” and Milwaukee’s cornerstone summer celebration, bringing the music industry’s hottest stars, emerging talent and local favorites along with approximately 900,000 people from Milwaukee and around the world together each year for an unforgettable live music experience. During the festival, the spotlight shines on 800 bands, 11 stages, delectable food and beverages and interactive activities, all in a world-class festival setting. Patrons can also enjoy Miller Lite, the Official Beer of Summerfest.

July 21-23

Festa Italiana was the first ethnic festival to be held at Henry Maier Festival Park. Milwaukee's Italian community hosts this exciting celebration of Italian culture where patrons enjoy world-class performances, both local and national, cook-offs and eating contests and a wide range of other new events.

July 28-30

Billed as Milwaukee's Kick Off to the Wisconsin Oktoberfest Season, German Fest celebrates 36 years with authentic culture, food, music and history of the many German-speaking communities around the world. Popular attractions include the Dachshund Derby, Glockenspeil, Run/Walk and Marktplatz. 

August 6

Jazz Visions on the Lake is a free, one-day community event that will showcase local jazz musicians at Henry Maier Festival Park. Created in partnership between Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. and Milwaukee Jazz Vision, the afternoon event will give music fans the opportunity to kick back, relax and enjoy the sounds of live jazz along the shores of Lake Michigan.

Milwaukee Jazz Vision is an organization of business and music industry professionals, musicians, teachers, students and listeners working together with the goal of advancing jazz music in the Greater Metro-Milwaukee area. The event is also supported by Summerfest Foundation, Inc.

August 17-20

Irish Fest has been part of the Milwaukee community for more than 30 years and the Smithsonian Institution called it "the largest and best Irish cultural event in North America." True to its mission statement "to promote and celebrate all aspects of Irish culture and to instill in future generations an appreciation of Irish heritage," Irish Festivals, Inc. is much more than a festival, working on outreach endeavors throughout the United States.

August 25-27

Mexican Fiesta celebrates the sound, culture and taste of Mexico and other Latin American countries each year with three days of fun, food, Mariachi and Fiesta for everyone. Mexican Fiesta is more than just a celebration; it is a vigorous declaration of community spirit at its best, concentrating on providing education and cultural events for the growing Hispanic community. 

September 3

This Labor Day weekend, you’ll find the best BBQ in town on the south end of Henry Maier Festival Park. Tthe Big Gig BBQ will be serving up smoky ribs, savory brisket and signature BBQ from ten of the best local and national cookers will feature two stages of live entertainment, and the finest beer. There’s no backyard BBQ that can compete with this party!


September 8-10

The mission of Indian Summer Festival is to educate, preserve and promote American Indian cultures and showcase the diversity that exists within tribal cultures. The event features a competition pow wow, cultural demonstrations, traditional food, fine art, lacrosse, Olympic-style amateur boxing, the Indian Summer Music Award Show, a marketplace and both cultural and contemporary entertainment.

September 23

Fromm Petfest is celebrating its fourth year as a fun event for two-legged and four-legged attendees. The free event features a variety of pet-focused attractions and activities, including dock diving, agility and lure courses, main stage presentations including training and trick clinics, a pet-themed marketplace, family-focused activities, contests, music, food and more.
